ProPrems® is provided by Neobiomics, a Swedish startup company rooted in academic neonatal care.

Neobiomics was founded in 2016. The initiative came from Dr Stefan Johansson, who lacked a suitable product for his NICU.

Neobiomics is a member of the Innovation Incubator at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm.

Every newborn infant has access to the most effective interventions that improve health and quality of life.

We develop and provide innovative and evidence-based products to improve the health of newborn infants.

Core values

Innovation. We identify gaps between knowledge and available interventions and find options to fill these.
Knowledge. Our projects are based on knowledge generated by medical research. We have an international team of leading experts as medical advisors.

Transparency. Transparency is a cornerstone for building trust. We want to share our knowledge and learn from others in doing so.

Long-term perspective. Our products are intended to be available long-term.

Sustainability. We strive to minimize our impact on the environment. We work through digital channels rather than by travelling, and our product supply chains are as energy-efficient as possible.
